Eucalyptus dunnii

Overview

Eucalyptus dunnii Maiden (Dunn's white gum) is utilised internationally in commercial plantation forestry for the production of kraft pulp due to is fast growth and favourable density and kraft pulp yield (KPY). It is planted in sub-tropical environments where frost tolerance is required.

High quality seeds for plantation forestry

Currently seedEnergy produces open-pollinated seed from four seed orchards. Over 90,000 progeny from these orchards have been tested across 32 trials located in Australia, Argentina, China, Spain, and Uruguay.
